Welcome!

Proudly serving the
Milton Freewater Area
since 2011.

The Milton Freewater Valley Ambulance District was formally established in 2011 by a group of citizens who identified a critical gap in emergency medical services within their rural community. At the time of its founding, residents in the Milton Freewater area faced challenges accessing timely medical assistance. Recognizing an urgent need to address this issue, the founding members of the MF Valley Ambulance District embarked on a mission to secure funds for emergency dispatch and ambulance services.

Through grassroots advocacy and community engagement, these dedicated citizens rallied support for their cause, while raising awareness about the importance of improving emergency response capabilities in the region. Their efforts culminated in the establishment of the Milton Freewater Valley Ambulance District, marking a significant milestone in the area’s healthcare landscape.

With dedicated funding in place, the Ambulance District implemented an emergency dispatch system and introduced ambulance services within the community. This initiative not only addressed immediate needs, but also laid the foundation for a more resilient and accessible healthcare throughout the rural area.

Since its inception, the Milton Freewater Valley Ambulance District has remained committed to its mission of safeguarding the health and well-being of residents. Through ongoing collaboration with local authorities, healthcare providers, and emergency responders, the district continues to play a vital role in enhancing emergency medical services and ensuring prompt access to care for all members of the community.
